Bleeding gums can be a sign of gingivitis. This can occur when there is a build- up of plaque around the gums. If the plaque is not removed, it can cause the gums to swell and bleed. It is best to see your dentist once every six months for regular check up cleanings to keep your teeth and gums clean and healthy. Please contact us at 9410 2001 for any further questions.
Prevention and early intervention is key to having healthy teeth. It is recommended to get dental treatment done as soon as possible. Delaying treatment can cause more damage to your teeth and can result in an increase in cost for treatment. If you have a toothache, please contact us at 02 9410 2001 to schedule an appointment to have it assessed.
